Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Driver with Reliable Onsite Services in Virginia Beach to join the world’s largest equipment rental provider. You’ll complete daily service routes, service and stock portable restrooms, and maintain professional customer contact.

This safety‑driven role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a DOT medical card; CDL is not required. Training is provided and weekend work may be needed depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of truck driving experience preferred (CDL not required).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT medical card must be obtained prior to starting employment.
• Prior industry experience is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Complete daily service routes in sequence as routed by dispatch personnel.
• Service, clean and stock portable toilets, holding tanks, fresh water systems, hand wash stations and restroom-shower trailers as needed.
• Maintain professional customer contact and open lines of communication with the Dispatcher.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate a Route Service truck daily.
• Vacuum pump, clean and sanitize portable restroom units on customer site.
• Stock/replenish paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and refill water holding tanks.
• Repair portable restroom units onsite as necessary.
• Frequent customer interaction, including recommendations for additional services and supplies needed.
