Job summary

United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, is seeking a Driver with Reliable Onsite Services to complete daily service routes and service portable toilets, holding tanks, fresh water systems, and restroom trailers on customer sites. You’ll work with dispatch to map routes, maintain safety standards, and interact with customers while stocking supplies and performing on-site repairs.

Some weekend work may be required; CDL not required but a valid license and DOT medical card

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of truck driving experience preferred, CDL not required; DOT medical card before starting.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Diligent attention to safety.
• Industry experience is a plus; training provided on products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily service routes in sequence as routed by dispatch.
• Service, clean and stock portable toilets, holding tanks, fresh water systems, hand wash stations and trailers as needed.
• Maintain professional customer contact and open lines of communication with Dispatcher.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate a Route Service truck daily.
• Vacuum pump, clean and sanitize portable restroom units on customer site.
• Stock/replenish paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and refill water holding tanks.
• Repair portable restroom units onsite as necessary.
• Frequent customer interaction, including recommendations for any additional services and supplies needed.
