Primo Brands, based in Pennsauken, NJ, is hiring a Route Service Delivery Driver to serve residential, commercial, and retail customers. You will operate a CMV safely, deliver the right products on schedule, and maintain delivery records.

Compensation includes $27.76 per hour plus weekly tips, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus at 90 days. Benefits cover health, retirement, ESPP, and other perks; CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement is required, along with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
• Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist with obtaining your Class B CDL where available.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
• Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, up to 60 lbs each.
• Must meet physical demands including bending, stooping, and climbing in/out of a CMV (40-55 times daily).
• Must be 21+ years of age (DOT requirement).

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow DOT documentation daily.
• Adhere to safety policies, avoid use of electronic devices while driving, report incidents or changes in driving status.
• Deliver products to customers on schedule and maintain accurate delivery records (cash/receipts).
• Upsell products and services to existing customers to meet monthly acquisition goals.
• Provide professional water-dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality processes.
• Support team decisions and assist others as needed.

Reporting Location:Pennsauken, NJ

Compensation: $27.76 / hour+ customer tips (paid weekly)

Schedule:Monday - Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working forPrimoBrands

• Must possess a clean driving record, which means: in the last 3 years, that you've only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident
