Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver to join our White River Junction, VT operation. This role focuses on local residential and commercial deliveries with daily customer interaction and relationship building.

Compensation includes annual pay with weekly earnings, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and eligibility for customer tips. Benefits cover health, retirement, and insurance, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 6:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle (CDL or non-CDL) following DOT and company safety standards.
• Deliver products to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Sell and upsell products and services to grow route revenue.
• Process payments, maintain account information, and complete delivery documentation.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and water dispenser cleaning.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.

Location: White River Junction, VT (near Lebanon, NH, Hanover, NH, Claremont, NH, and Hartford, VT)

Compensation (Paid Weekly)

Non-CDL: $56,160 annually + customer tipsCDL: $61,160 annually + customer tips$2,500 payable at 90 days.Sign-on bonus eligibility applies only to new hires who have not been previously employed by the company, its affiliates, or its predecessors.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start
