Schwan's Company in Amarillo, TX is hiring immediately for a Route Sales position. You will place orders and merchandise to ensure our popular brands are available on store shelves and drive sales on your assigned route.

You will use handheld sales software, build in-store relationships, and operate your own vehicle. The role offers a base salary with commission, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and handle frozen products.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and merchandise products to ensure availability on store shelves.
• Drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, rotate displays and maintain space.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily tasks.
• Build in-store relationships and work with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
