Job summary

PepsiCo in Webster, TX is hiring for a full-time route delivery role. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on local routes, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

Expect on-the-job training in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow. Must be 21+, hold a valid license and insurance, and be capable of lifting 40 lbs. Shifts start around 3–5 am and vary by route.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route and serve local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery as needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and rotate inventory for freshness.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.
