Job summary

CJ Schwan’s in New Berlin, WI is hiring for a CDL Class B route driver. You will deliver product, place orders, and merchandise to keep shelves stocked and sales growing. We offer a competitive salary from $59,000 to $61,000 plus Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance and 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide route coverage while delivering product and merchandising to ensure availability on store shelves.
• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Unload products, rotate and maintain display space; use handheld technology for daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet DOT rules and perform truck inspections.
