Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Memphis is hiring for a CDL Class B route driver responsible for delivering products, placing orders, and merchandising to ensure shelves are stocked. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend travel, early morning starts, and opportunities to advance into leadership positions.

You will unload and store products, build display space, use handheld devices and sales software, and maintain DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• DSD, grocery, delivery, or warehouse experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement; 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and provide route coverage for store shelves.
• Unload products, store in back room, collect delivery proofs.
• Place orders, gain display space, promote new products.
• Merchandise, rotate displays, and maintain space.
• Use handheld tech and sales software daily.
• Build in-store relationships in a fast-paced team.
• Maintain DOT rules, perform truck inspections.
