Job summary

Crystal Clean is hiring a Route Sales & Service Representative in Wisconsin to drive sales growth, deliver essential services at client sites, and maintain safety and efficiency across routes. You will build strong customer relationships, pursue additional services, and meet sales quotas while working with state-of-the-art equipment.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and certifications (Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, HAZMAT).

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with ability to operate electronic devices and truck gear.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup.
• Ensure safety and efficiency by following guidelines and inspecting vehicle/ equipment.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and pursue additional services.
• Achieve sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
