TheRouteSalesDelivery Driver’sprimary responsibilities aretoprovide premium customer service within a designated territory(residential,commercial,and retail), accelerategrowth andrevenue,and work safely.This role is highly interactive, has a strong sales and service focus, and requires the ability to safelyoperatea Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).
Reporting Location: Chicago, IL
Compensation: $25.00 p/hr training rate. After training, compensation is commission based with 1st year earnings, $70,000+
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)
Start Time: Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed

- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices,and complete DOTrequireddocumentationdaily
- Adhere to our safety policies which includestheprohibiteduse of electronic devices while drivingandreporting any on-the-jobincidents or changes in driving status
- Be courteous,outgoingand alwaysmaintaina professional image
- Meet each customer’s individual preference by delivering the correct products to the right location during their scheduled day andtimeframe
- Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts including cash and receipts
- Find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership
- Act as a team player by supporting the team with decisionsandhelpingotherswhen needed
- Provide professionalwaterdispenser cleaning services to customers while adhering to a strict quality process
- Use a business owner’s mindset to drive growth,identifyandopennew accounts, particularly in the UDS (up-and-down-the-street) channel including convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas,etc.in order tobuild route density and increaseindividualcommission opportunities
- Fullydevelop new and existing accounts by selling our full portfolio of productsinside and outside of normal working hours

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to secure and/ormaintaina CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement(forapplicableCDLpositions)
- Primo Brandsis a certified CDL provider and canassistyou with obtainingyourClass BCDLwhere available.
- Service-orientedwith strong face-to-face salesskills
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and indifferent typesof weather
- Ability to lift and carry an average of250+ units per day, each weighing up to60lbs., using product handling tools asappropriate, with or withouta reasonableaccommodation
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting,pushingand pulling with or withouta reasonableaccommodation
- Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average40-55times per day
- Ability to work an average45-hourweek or more, including variable start/end times
- Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working forPrimoBrands
- Must possess aclean driving recordwhichmeans:in the last 3 years you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension(s), revocation,or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident
- Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
