Job description

Job Title: Route Sales Representative

Work Schedule: Hours vary by route, starting between 3am-5am. Average 50-60 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $2,000 Sign-on Bonus (performance and eligibility-based).

Route Sales Representatives are vital to FritoLay's success! Responsibilities include delivering, selling, and merchandising our product line such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more to various local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. You will operate a FritoLay truck, unload orders, merchandise, and collaborate with store managers to boost sales and maintain records.

While starting as a Route Sales Representative, there are growth opportunities within our company or PepsiCo. Key tasks include:

1. Completing 4-6 weeks of training in driving and selling with our team.
2. Running routes, experiencing different stores, and meeting customers.
3. Growing sales through relationship-building, display selling, and national initiatives.
4. Maintaining a consistent schedule with days off.
5. Working in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Our operations run 24/7, so schedules may vary. Expect to work weekends and holidays. This role is physically demanding; you will be on your feet throughout your shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to obtain additional licenses as required.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. frequently, with or without accommodations.
