FritoLay North America, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Representative in Maryland. The role involves delivering, selling, and merchandising our full product line to local stores, driving a FritoLay truck, unloading orders, and maintaining records throughout the day.
Frequent tasks include training in driving and selling, growing shop sales by building relationships with managers, and achieving strong on-shelf presence. Expect weekend and holiday work with an early start between 2am and 5am.

Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule! Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this type of role before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
