Community Coffee is seeking a Route Sales Representative in Birmingham, AL to serve FSOP customers and grow the route with our brand. You will operate a company vehicle, deliver products, manage inventory, collect payments, and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving profitability targets.
A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred and 1 year of sales experience is desirable.
Department: Sales Execution – Coffee Service Division
Reports To: Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor
Travel Required: Daily travel between company location and customer establishments.

The Route Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and servicing existing customers within an assigned route. As a key representative of the Community Coffee brand, this role plays a vital part in the company’s overall sales and customer satisfaction strategy.
