Job summary

Cold Front Distribution is seeking a Route Sales Representative in Springdale, AR. You will deliver products to retail customers, build relationships, and merchandise displays while using a handheld device to manage deliveries and inventory. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off and competitive pay.

Starting pay is $55,000–$60,000 annually (DOE). The company provides health benefits and a 401(k) plan with company match after six months, plus boot allowance and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with direct-store-delivery (DSD) is a plus.
• Ability to build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Must meet DOT medical certification and pass drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to retail customers safely, accurately, and on time.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Merchandise products and ensure proper rotation and display.
• Operate a handheld device to manage deliveries and inventory.
