PepsiCo Inc. in Springdale, AR is seeking a full-time route driver to deliver products to local stores on a varying schedule. You will operate PepsiCo trucks, stock shelves, and build strong relationships with store teams to support sales and displays.

The role starts early (1:00 AM to 7:00 AM), involves lifting up to 40 lbs, and includes on-the-job training, competitive pay, and opportunities for long-term growth within PepsiCo.

Formación

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
