Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Braintree, MA is seeking a route delivery driver to serve local stores. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build relationships with store managers to grow sales.

This full-time role starts at 5:00 am, requires a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Weekend shifts are required. On-the-job training and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Frequent ability to lift 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
