Job summary

The Swan Food Company is seeking a route sales/merchandising professional for a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends. You will place orders and merchandise products to ensure shelf availability across assigned stores, drive additional sales through displays, and rotate stock to keep displays fresh.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation; must be 18+.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and merchandise product to ensure availability on store shelves.
• Drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
