Job summary

Schwan's Company in Maryland hires a delivery/merchandising associate to ensure our brands are on store shelves and ready for shoppers. You will place orders, merchandise displays, rotate products, and use handheld sales software on a daily route.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. This full-time position offers base pay plus commission, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, and

Qualifications

Grocery experience preferred but not required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older.
Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment.
Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route.
