Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery associate to service local stores on a dedicated route from the 206 E Monroe St location. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, and manage stock and displays to ensure freshness and availability for customers.

The role involves building strong relationships with store managers, rotating inventory, and using provided tools to record daily activity. Training is provided for new hires.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
