Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route driver in Williston, ND. Shifts start at 5:00 am and vary daily, with 8–10 hour days and a guaranteed 2 days off per week. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain records using provided tools.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
