Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a CDL Class B delivery driver in Pittsburgh to cover routes, deliver products, place orders, and merchandise for store shelves. You will help develop leadership skills and support a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, maintaining displays, and building relationships with store personnel while following DOT rules and ensuring safe operation of delivery equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in direct store delivery (DSD) or grocery delivery is preferred.
• Experience handling warehouse duties and stock rotation is beneficial.
• Ability to operate handheld devices and sales software to process orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide route coverage and deliver products to stores on schedule.
• Place orders and merchandise to maximize display space and sales.
• Drive display space growth by promoting new products.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily tasks.
• Build in-store relationships and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure DOT compliance, perform truck inspections, and maintain safety standards.
