Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a route sales position in Knoxville, TN. You will place orders, merchandise products, and ensure shelves are stocked to maximize shopper availability.

You will use handheld sales tech and build strong in-store relationships while operating on a daily route with your personal vehicle. The role offers base pay plus commission, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K with company

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• 18 years or older and able to lift 35 pounds.
• Able to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route.
