Job summary

Chesterman Company Coca-Cola in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a full-time delivery driver to ensure timely product distribution to customers and to collect empties and damaged items.

You will read delivery instructions, maintain cash and truck inventory, perform basic vehicle upkeep, and adapt to changing routes while upholding safety and DOT requirements. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to communicate with customers, coworkers and supervisor.
• On-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be consistent with delivery day and time.
• Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources and verify routes.
• Deliver product and pick up all empties and damaged product.
• Accurately maintain cash collected, truck inventory, invoices, forms and related paperwork.
• Responsible for first-line maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicle.
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
