Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to stock and merchandise products on designated routes and maintain strong customer relationships. You will ensure product availability and properly fill displays per company standards.

The role requires reliable transportation, on-time arrivals, and the ability to operate pallet jacks or similar equipment. Competitive hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Must have a reliable personal transportation vehicle to utilize during shifts.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment.
• Maintain and organize stock.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and product.
• Maintain clean back-room and manage trade breakage.
• Maintain quality assurance standards at every account.
• Monitor competitor products and activities.
• Transport and maintain point-of-sale advertising as appropriate.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior service.
