Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to manage product displays and stock at designated accounts along our Colorado routes. You will help ensure shelf availability, rotate stock, and maintain attractive point-of-sale materials.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, safe driving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and robust benefits are offered, with expectations to travel locally and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on designated routes and maintain stock at accounts.
• Fill, merchandise and rotate products on displays and shelves per company standards.
• Ensure on-time arrival at all customer locations to perform duties.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand-trucks as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized back-room and displays, including POS materials.
