Aramark is seeking a Route Sales Driver to operate a company vehicle on an established route, deliver products to customer locations, stock inventory to par levels, and support route sales while upholding safety and DOT requirements. Compensation is $20.00 per hour and the role emphasizes independent work, reliability, and strong customer service.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain DOT certification, with prior route or delivery experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain DOT certification.
• Previous route, delivery, truck, vending, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage a daily route.
• Commitment to safe driving, accurate documentation, dependable attendance, and professional customer service.
• No preventable fatal accident while operating a CMV in a lifetime.
• No suspension of driving privileges for moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle along an established delivery route or assigned sales territory.
• Load products onto the truck daily and ensure product is organized for accurate, timely delivery.
• Deliver, stock, and merchandise products at customer locations to maintain par levels and support route sales goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of product levels, inventory, sales, waste, customer concerns, and machine malfunctions using appropriate software.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, repairs, safety concerns, or service issues to management immediately.
• Maintain the cleanliness, service readiness, and professional appearance of vehicles and equipment.
• Follow all driving regulations, DOT requirements, company safety policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Build positive customer relationships by maintaining a friendly, efficient, and professional attitude with customers, clients, and co-workers.
