JobSquad is hiring a Route Sales Driver to join our Tucson team. You will drive a 16-foot box truck to deliver products to customers, maintain inventory, and upsell items at delivery points.

You will build strong relationships with store managers, ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and perform routine vehicle checks while complying with safety regulations. This full-time role offers steady hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• The candidate must possess a valid DOT medical card.
• Experience driving a 16-foot box truck is preferred.
• Strong customer service and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck to deliver products to customers.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate and timely.
• Rotate and stock shelves at customer locations.
• Upsell products and communicate with store managers.
• Present and sell additional products during delivery.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Maintain organized inventory in the delivery vehicle.
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations while performing duties.

The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Route Sales Driver to work at a company located in the Tucson, AZ area!

Responsibilities:

• Drive box truck to deliver product to customers
• Delivering products to customers and ensuring that all deliveries are accurate and timely
• Rotate product and stock shelves
• Upsell product and communicate with store managers about any needs
• Presenting and selling additional products to customers at the time of delivery
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships to promote customer loyalty and increase sales
• Maintaining an organized inventory of products in the delivery vehicle
• Performing regular maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle and reporting any mechanical issues
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations while performing duties
