Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Route Sales Driver to operate a company vehicle on an established route, delivering products to customer locations and stocking inventory to par levels. You will support route sales and ensure safety while meeting DOT driving requirements.

Compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-service oriented, able to work independently, and motivated to keep deliveries accurate, vehicles clean, inventory organized, and customers

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification or licensing.
• Previous route driver, delivery driver, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle along an established delivery route or assigned sales territory.
• Load products onto the truck daily and organize for timely delivery.
• Deliver, stock, and merchandise products at customer locations to maintain par levels.
• Maintain accurate documentation of product levels, inventory, sales, waste, and service issues.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, repairs, safety concerns, or issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of vehicles and equipment.
• Follow driving regulations, DOT requirements, safety policies and SOPs.
• Build positive customer relationships with a friendly, efficient, and professional attitude.

We are hiring a dependable Route Sales Driver to deliver Aramark products across an assigned route or territory. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-service oriented, comfortable working independently, and motivated to keep deliveries accurate, vehicles clean, inventory organized, and customers satisfied. Compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle along an established delivery route or assigned sales territory
• Load products onto the truck daily and ensure product is organized for accurate, timely delivery
• Deliver, stock, and merchandise products at customer locations to maintain par levels and support route sales goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of product levels, inventory, sales, waste, customer concerns, and machine malfunctions using appropriate software
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, repairs, safety concerns, or service issues to management immediately
• Maintain the cleanliness, service readiness, and professional appearance of vehicles and equipment
• Follow all driving regulations, DOT requirements, company safety policies, and standard operating procedures
• Build positive customer relationships by maintaining a friendly, efficient, and professional attitude with customers, clients, and co-workers

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification or required DOT licensing
• Previous route driver, delivery driver, truck driver, sales route, vending, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage a daily route effectively
• Commitment to safe driving, accurate documentation, dependable attendance, and professional customer service
• No preventable fatal accident while operating a CMV in a lifetime
• No suspension of driving privileges for moving violations in the past 3 years
