Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Route Sales Driver to operate a company vehicle on an established route, delivering products to various locations. You will load, stock, and document product levels daily while maintaining safety and vehicle upkeep.

The role requires a valid driver\'s license, ability to obtain a DOT license, and prior driving experience. Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Ability to obtain DOT license.
• Previous driving experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• No preventable fatal accidents while operating a CMV in lifetime.
• No suspensions of driving privileges for moving violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Loads product onto the truck daily.
• Stocks product to par levels and maintains accurate documentation of product levels via software.
• Report sales, waste, customer concerns, and/or machine malfunctions daily.
• Report on maintenance or repairs needed on the vehicle to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
• Adhere to driving regulations and company safety policies.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION (Hourly + Commission): The Hourly rate for this position is $29.20 to $29.20. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Report on necessary maintenance or repairs needed on the vehicle to management immediately.
• Maintain services and upkeep the cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
• Performs all job duties in a safe manner by adhering to all driving regulations, company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards customers, clients, and co-workers

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to obtain DOT license.
• Previous experience as a driver preferred
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• No preventable fatal accident while operating a CMV in a lifetime
• No suspension of driving privileges for moving violations in the past 3 years

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
