Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a local CDL Class B route representative in Blountville, TN. You will sell and deliver product, place orders, and merchandise to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

You will drive additional sales by securing display space and promoting new products, merchandise product, rotate stock, and handle daily truck duties including unloading and proof of delivery. Proficiency with handheld devices and sales software is required.

Qualifications

• DSD, grocery, retail sales, delivery, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Pay: $53000 - 55000 annually
• Compensation is a combination of base pay and commission
• Monday -- Friday schedule (occasional weekends) on assigned route; early morning start time and mid-afternoon end time

• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement and ability to meet medical certification requirements; must be 21 years or older

• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment

• Ability to meet pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical requirements
