Job summary

MSCCN is recruiting for a full-time PepsiCo route driver in Appleton, Wisconsin. This on-site role offers a $64,000 annual target pay and requires early start times and rotating weekend work.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck to local stores, verify deliveries, and help stock shelves. As you move through the day you’ll unload products, rotate inventory, and build strong store relationships to support national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
