Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a route delivery driver in Portland, OR. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders with store teams, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for consumers.

Build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives. Expect early start times (as early as 2:30 AM), a variable schedule with 2 days off per week, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
