Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an individual to operate a delivery route, bringing Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to local stores in Doniphan, NE. The role includes loading, stocking, and inventory rotation to ensure product freshness while delivering excellent service.

Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As a full-time driver, you will follow established routes, manage deliveries, and maintain records with company tools.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
