Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver to join our Lake Charles route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck to serve local stores and ensure accurate delivery of orders, while maintaining stock levels and rotating shelves as needed.

You’ll build relationships with store teams, participate in on‑the‑job training, and work in a fast‑paced environment that emphasizes safety and efficiency. This full‑time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
