Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver in Bridgeton, MO. You will operate a PepsiCo truck on local routes, serving stores and delivering orders with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

You will unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and build strong relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives. Training is provided to learn the tools and processes used daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodation

• Work Days: 5 days per week.
• Start Time: 5am
• End Time: When work is complete. Typically, 9-10 hours per day

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
