Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route driver to service local stores in Rawlins, WY. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders, and help keep shelves stocked.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment with lifting and moving products, health and lifestyle benefits, and opportunities to grow a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain licensure as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.
• Bring beloved brands and stock shelves for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, servicing local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Schedule: Sun - Tue / Fri - Sat, 5:00 Am - When work is completed

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
