Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a full-time delivery driver in North Ridgeville, OH to service local stores along a PepsiCo route. You will load, unload, stock shelves, check deliveries, and maintain records with provided tools, with training provided.

You’ll build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, execute national and local initiatives, and ensure freshness and correct product placement while working a fast-paced, physically active shift starting early each day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive PepsiCo truck on a route serving local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams; collect proof of delivery.
• Unload product, stock shelves and rotate inventory for freshness.

• Schedule: 5 working days and 2 rotating off days weekly, Average daily start time of 4:00 am - When work is complete

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
