Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores along a designated route from the DuBois, PA area. You will operate a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, check in with store teams, and manage on-site stocking and display rotation to ensure product freshness.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and willingness to work a schedule that varies by route. Training is provided and opportunities for career growth exist within PepsiCo.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Schedule: 5 days on 2 days off per week, schedule changes based off route covering, sunday-thursday, tuesday-saturday, 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM
