UniFirst is hiring a Route Coverage Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to cover routes, deliver and pick up garments, and provide excellent customer service. You will manage invoices, perform inventories, and ensure vehicle safety while adhering to safety standards.

The role operates Monday to Friday with no weekends and offers full-time hours and benefits. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and independent-working skills, and the ability to lift up to 50

Responsibilities

• Route Coverage: learn multiple routes to provide seamless service when an RSR is absent.
• Product Delivery & Pickup: safely load, transport, and unload garments and other products, and collect soiled items.
• Customer Service: deliver high-quality service, resolve customer requests, and build relationships.
• Operational Excellence: manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, ensure vehicle safety and appearance.
• Safety: follow traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Problem-Solving: address customer needs and resolve service issues.
• Communication: relay customer feedback and potential solutions to leadership.

Route Coverage Specialist (Route Sales and Service Rep) Location: PHOENIX, AZ

$60,000+ Average First Year Earnings

• $28.77 Hourly
• Paid Weekly
• No Direct Commissions
• Mondays - Fridays
• NO WEEKENDS
• Full-Time
• 45-50 Hours a week (No overnights)
• Normal Working Times = 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Requirements Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills:?Strong customer service abilities and the ability to work independently yet maintain a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical Stamina:?Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds and stay on their feet for extended periods.
