Job summary

Schwan's Company in Tulsa, OK is hiring for a CDL B route driver responsible for delivering products, stocking shelves, and merchandising. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend travel and early start times, plus opportunities to develop leadership skills within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous DSD, grocery, delivery, or warehouse experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement; must be 21+ and able to obtain medical certification.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product safely.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide route coverage while delivering products, placing orders, and merchandising to keep items on store shelves.
• Unload products, place in back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Place orders and drive additional sales by securing display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise products, maintain display space, and rotate products.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily tasks.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform truck inspections.

What You Will Do

In this CDL Class B position, you provide route coverage while delivering product, placing orders, and merchandising product to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers. In addition, this position provides opportunities to develop the leadership skills needed for leadership positions.

• Work a Monday -- Friday schedule (some weekend travel required at times); early morning start time
