Job summary

Hi-Line, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Outside Sales Team in the United States. You will run your own territory with a fully stocked Mobile Store and enjoy uncapped commissions.

No ceiling on earnings, flexible hours, and the independence to plan visits, prospect customers, and close deals. We provide proven training and ongoing support, a strong work‑life balance, and the freedom to build your own schedule while representing American-made products you can stand behind.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is helpful but not required.
• Motivated, coachable, and competitive to succeed.
• Able to build relationships with customers and identify solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own sales territory.
• Sell Hi-Line's American-made inventory solutions to businesses.
• Leverage training and support to meet or exceed targets.
• Balance scheduling to maximize earnings from uncapped commissions.
