Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Route Relief Driver in Midland, Texas. This full-time role involves ensuring timely delivery of products to vending, self-checkout, or office coffee service channels and maintaining adequately stocked customer areas.

You will interact with clients to understand their needs and provide reliable, friendly service. You must be 21+, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive a vehicle that, based on weight, meets the Motor Carrier Act exemption from overtime pay under the FLSA on assigned route(s)
• Delivery product orders to customers to ensure continuous supply
• Ensures customer areas are adequately stocked (vending machine, market, or coffee supplies)
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
