Job summary

Staples, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver to transport and deliver office supplies on a daily route, with mandatory loading when needed. Safety and accurate delivery are emphasized as core responsibilities, with the driver acting as the brand on wheels for customers.

You'll use GPS and POD devices, maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform pre-trip inspections, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 70 lbs. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record acceptable to Staples.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen (No THC).
• Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver up to 130 lbs with assistance.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver office supplies on your assigned route and load your truck as needed.
• Transport products safely and uphold safety practices.
• Organize and load products using the manifest to optimize routes and schedules.
• Provide customer support and accept product returns; be the brand on wheels.
• Essential to Staples Supply Chain success in serving customers.
