Insight Pest Solutions in Wilmington, NC is hiring for Route Technician, Universal Technician and Start Technician. No experience required; comprehensive classroom and field training are provided to help you excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and reading comprehension for safety/regulatory documents.
• Basic math skills and problem solving abilities.
• Willingness to take exams as part of new hire training.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to troubleshoot and communicate service details.
• Work outdoors most days.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and access tight spaces.
• Apply liquid soil treatments and perform basic site prep.
• Document service data in mobile devices.
• Schedule may include Monday-Saturday during summer.
