Job summary

Rand Coca-Cola Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display Coca-Cola products in Central Market retail accounts across Durham, Southpoint, Morrisville, and nearby locations.

You will use handheld devices to manage inventory, maintain clean displays, and build solid relationships with store staff while traveling between accounts with a personal vehicle. The role requires a NC driver’s license, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and attendance on weekends/holidays as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NC Driver License, vehicle registration, active insurance required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months of stocking, route delivery, merchandising, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent driving record with 7-year MVR.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and overhead 30 pounds.
• Able to stand, push, pull, kneel, and bend for up to 8 hours daily.
• Weekend one day per month and some holidays as required.
• Background check, MVR review, and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and effectively use company ordering systems and handheld equipment to manage inventory and orders.
• Maintain well-stocked, clean, and organized product displays in all assigned retail accounts.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and remove out-of-date items.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel and deliver customer service.
• Arrange and merchandise products to maximize visibility and sales impact.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in customer backrooms and storage areas.
• Ensure accurate accounting of product, cash, and company assets daily.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Travel between assigned retail accounts using a personal vehicle.
• Maintain active NC driver’s license, registration, and insurance at all times.
• Perform additional duties or special assignments as directed by management.
