Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is recruiting a Merchandiser to provide high-quality merchandising support for brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai in the Greater Springfield area and surrounding parts of Lincoln and Decatur. The role requires stocking, displaying products, and traveling across stores within a set territory.

Expect a full-time schedule starting early morning; weekends are required. A company-issued phone will track shifts and mileage for reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented merchandising support in retail settings.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accurate stock display and timing.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper brands on shelves/coolers within the territory.
• Report to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and cover routes as needed.
• Travel between stores using a personal vehicle; products delivered to stores in advance.
• Use company app on a provided phone to clock in/out and track mileage.
