Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Route Sales Associate to work in Burlington, WA. You will drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations, stock and merchandise products like Lay's and Doritos, and ensure shelves are neat and ready for customers.

Gas mileage reimbursement is provided, and you’ll operate within a team of Route Sales Representatives. Expect a variable schedule, average 8 hours per day, and initial on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers.
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
• Stock and merchandise brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full and ready for customers.
