Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time Route Sales Team member in Northfield, NH to drive to store locations, merchandise Lay's and Doritos, and keep shelves stocked for customers. You will receive gas mileage reimbursement and use a company-issued iPhone to log activity and stay connected with the team.

The role offers a fast-paced environment with daily start times, a typical Sunday-Saturday schedule, and growth opportunities within PepsiCo’s field team.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
