Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time merchandising associate in Santa Barbara, CA. You will travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, rotate, and display products on assigned routes, with weekend availability and 1st shift expectations.

You will use company systems for routing, merchandising checks, and inventory monitoring, while maintaining backstock and ensuring product freshness. Local routes are offered in Santa Barbara and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
