Job summary

The Adams Beverages Nc Llc Merchandiser is a full-time non-exempt role in Tuscaloosa, AL. You will support the sales team by executing merchandising standards, stocking shelves, and maintaining backstock while following plan-o-grams and price signs.

This role requires frequent travel with a valid license and ability to lift items up to 30 lbs. You will communicate with store managers, assist sales reps and supervisors, and help install promotional materials and signage to boost product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or Organizational Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack out off-premise accounts.
• Communicate with store managers and receivers.
• Manage shelf space and pricing signs.
• Rotate product and maintain backstock areas.
• Install promotional materials (POCM) and price signs.
• Support sales reps and supervisors.
• Use basic tools like pallet jack and hand truck.
• Maintain knowledge of portfolio and pricing.
